4.21.2012 Saturday Team WOD

TEAM WOD – Posting this early because I want to get as many people here at 8 and 9 AM tomorrow morning. Bring your friends! It should be a fun one.

In teams of two or three depending on numbers, with only one person working at a time, complete the following as quickly as possible. If there are teams of 3 the numbers will go up accordingly:

1200 Meter Relay Run (You can split this up however your team wants!)

60 -Burpees

80- Pullups

150- Air Squats

150- Double Unders

150 – Ab mat situps

40 – Chest Passes

100- Pushups

4 – Sled pushes (Each person will do an even number of sled pushes)
