20 Knees to Elbow

30 Walking lunges

50 Pushups

40 Double Unders

800 Meter Run

I know this looks long but there will be a modified version of this workout posted on the board along with this one. Start Monday off with some chaos! This week we will also be incorporating Spartan WODs for those of you signed up for the CrossFit The Point Spartan team that races on June 30, 2012. These WODs will be a little more extensive and involve more endurance type exercises and may involve some homework. Anyone is welcome to do either of the WODs.
