1 rope climb ascent (15 feet) (we will have a modified version of this, of course)
Make sure for the rope climbs that you bring long socks or long pants to avoid rope burns.
Also Monday the 28th of May we will be treating it like a Saturday so we will be having one class scheduled for 9 AM. Plan accordingly. Be ready for a Hero WOD!
