Clean and Jerk
3-3-3-1-1-1 Find your one-rep max and then do:
Week 5 Champions League Competition WOD
With only 6 minutes on the clock complete:
A buy-in of 100 Double Unders or 100 Lateral plate hops or a combination of both totalling 100 reps.
Find your best Clean and Jerk (only your best completed lift counts)
In the remaining time as many Bar hop Burpees as possible.
Score is kg + reps of Burpees. (If in pounds divide lift by 2.2, enter score with up to one decimal point)
Also, remember that Monday we will be having only one class at 9:00 AM. So come in early before your Memorial Day activities and get a WOD in.
