Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
115 pound Push press, 12 reps
12 Chest to bar pull-ups
12 One-legged squats

After this WOD we will be weighing in those of you who are joining our weight loss competition/No sugar challenge. We will also take measurements for those of you who would like to do that.
