First time you let the bar touch the ground, you must complete a round of “Cindy” (5 Pullups. 10 Pushups, 15 Squats)

2nd time you let the bar touch the ground, you complete two rounds of Cindy…

3rd time, three rounds of Cindy…etc.

We must go heavy on this WOD in order to get the full benefit of it.
