We were going to do squat cleans today but after finishing “Chelsea” I decided this would be better. You are welcome!

400 m Run

Then
5 rounds
35 Double Unders
30 Situps
25 Supermans
10 Deadlifts ( 185#/135#)

then finish with 400 m run
