*Alternate 1 minute bouts of Push Presses and max HSPU.

*You have 1 minute to get 15 Push Presses, the next minute do as many HSPU as possible.

Alternate this 6 times for a total of 12 minutes.

*Every time you don’t get 15 Push Presses count a penalty to be completed at the end of the workout. 1 Penalty = 500 meter Row.
