Good Morning CFTP members,
First off I want to wish good luck to Krishelle as she embarks on her CrossFit Level 1 Trainer’s course in Park City this Saturday and Sunday. I am so excited to have her officially join the CFTP team. She will be a great addition and has already contributed so much. While I am gone next week she will be covering most of my evening classes and I have complete confidence in her. She has a great background in sports and is always progressing as a CrossFit athlete. So GOOD LUCK Krishelle!
Speaking of me being gone… This will be the first extended period of time I will be away from the gym. Make the trainer’s lives easy and listen to their coaching. They are here for you and so if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask. If you have an nagging injury or have some modifications that we have put in place please let them know. They may not know your situation and so you must let them know pre-WOD. They will accommodate.
That’s all I have for you this week. I look forward to hearing progress reports from my trainers. Make this next week your greatest! We must continually progress and push our limits. Push ourselves to the next level. Never be satisfied with your fitness level. You can always go up! All of you have made huge strides over the last few months and it is just going to increase from here. EAT RIGHT! Push yourself hard in the gym and go home and eat clean. Your energy levels will increase and you will be able to get the look you are looking for. Exercise is only half the battle. Earn it in the kitchen.
