Wall Balls

Box Jumps

200 M Farmers Carries (70/53#)

Partner 1 does wall balls

Partner 2 does 15 Box Jumps

Partner 3 runs 400 M

Wall Balls > Box Jumps > Run

Total score is the number of Wall Balls completed. Do wall balls until your partner gets back from the run. Then rotate to box jumps and complete a set of 15 then rest until your next partner comes back from the run. Complete the run and go back to doing Wall Balls.
