Back Squat Max

5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1 Go until you get your 1-rep Max

Then:

WOD

Every 30 seconds complete 1-rep back squat from the rack at 70% of max for 10 minutes.

*Trainer’s note: we have 6 racks so this may need to be run in heats if there are more than 6 people in your class.*
