Teams of 2 WOD
4 rounds of:
50 meter buddy carries (one partner carries 25 out and the other back in)
50 meter weighted lunges (45# overhead, this will be done together; can’t move onto the next exercise until both are done with the lunges)
200 meter farmer carries (53/35, split 100 meters each)
400 meter sprint (split 200 meters each)
