Good morning CFTP Members,
What a great week. I would like to welcome all the newbies to the CFTP community. We have the best community CrossFit has to offer. We have amazing members and you have joined a great group of people. We have so much fun together and we push ourselves to do things that a lot of us never thought we could.
I am going to take this opportunity to talk about the current Paleo Challenge. It has been nearly a month since we started and I am very proud of all of you who have taken on this challenge. As you have seen, I have struggled with this. Changing my diet has never been a strength of mine but the key to completing a challenge is to never quit. I have cheated many more times than I ever wanted to on this challenge but I am ready to recommit myself. We must recommit ourselves and be strong. I can feel a difference when on the diet and I am sure you have felt that as well. Keep your head up. Make sure to complete all the challenges during the week so you can maximize your points. Don’t only complete the skill WODs but also record them. Tracking our progress is essential in accomplishing our goals.
I love seeing us grow and the team atmosphere you all bring to the box. I love it and can’t wait to see what the future brings for the CFTP community.
