Teams of two; Only one team member works at a time; No more than 20 reps per team member at a time.

100 Wall-balls (20/16)

80 V-ups

60 Thrusters (95/65)

40 Bicycles

20 Burpees

600 meter run (alternate every 100) (Weather permitting, if not then 600 meter ROW)
