Complete 250 Double Unders or 750 Singles or a combination of both

20 Minute AMRAP

5 Power Cleans 135/95

5 Front Squats 135/95

10 Bar facing burpees

5:30, 6:30, 7:30 PM will be the following WOD for the KB classes:

25 Minute AMRAP

1 KB Push-up, 1 KB SDHP, 1 KB Swing, 1 KB Rack Walk

2 KB Push-up, 2 KB SDHP, 2 KB Swings, 1 KB Rack Walk

So on and so forth for 25 Minutes…
