10 KB dead lifts,
8 KB SDHP,
6 KB swings.
x2
8 goblet squats
4 KB presses (4 per arm)
Waiter walk Line to line each arm
WOD:
10 Rounds of-
6 head cutters
4 Turkish get-ups (2 on each arm)
1 overhead weighted walk with plate to opposite wall. Place plate on top of box and complete 5 box jumps. Then pick up plate and overhead weighted walk back to KB.
