Thank you to all those who have joined with us in this challenge. We had the kickoff on Saturday and had a few questions. I want to make sure everyone that is a part of this challenge is aware of some of these answers:
One glass of red wine a night. Glass=8 ounces
This is all that is allowed.
You can have a total of 1 tablespoon a day of either honey or agave.
You are allowed to eat as much fruit as you want, although this should be limited, but you cannot drink fruit juice.
Coffee is allowed on this diet but you cannot add anything more than 1 packet of stevia.
I know this doesn’t cover everything, so if you have further questions do not hesitate to ask. Also, if you have a question the best thing to do is to go online and search for paleo facts. Even though this is a Paleo Prep Challenge and I am allowing certain things that are not allowed on Paleo, your best bet to a healthy diet is to follow Paleo as closely as possible. It works. You will feel stronger and healthier.
