Time for a change to the Paleo Prep Challenge,

You all have had three weeks to help adapt your body to your new way of eating. Many of you have seen great changes and will continue to. Starting tomorrow we will be making another change. The biggest change yet. In order to get a sticker for your day you must eat 100% PALEO!

This means no more grains! I know this is a big change but it is time. We are midway through this challenge and now it is time to see the full potential of eating Paleo. If you have questions about what is and isn’t Paleo please refer to the following sites as a general guide:
