*Reminder: The Paleo Prep Challenge comes to an end this Saturday which means that you must complete both benchmark WODs by Saturday morning. If you fail to complete both you will be disqualified for that portion of the pot. Also Saturday morning we will be doing the caliper readings. This is the only day we will be doing it and the results will be finalized on Saturday and the winners will be announced no later than Sunday. Good luck everyone.*
