5 (per arm)-alternating KB clean & press. (53/35)
B: 10 minute AMRAP
5-single KB high-pull + KB snatch(53/35)
5-Burpees
C: 10 minute AMRAP
5-KB head-cutters (53/35)
5-Knees to elbows/chest.
2 minute rest between transitions.
Total number of completed rounds only count.
