SNATCHES (this will be an extensive look at the snatch and so for those of you who are in the open come in and still WOD tomorrow for the first part and we will have a moderate WOD to follow for those competing Friday night.)

50 Box Jumps

50 Double Unders

WOD (competitors)

Row 2,000 Meters at a steady pace, stretch, and roll out.
