Tomorrow’s the big day. 7 PM we will be hosting the Southtown Throwdown! There will be a representative from The Southwest Region Open Committee and they will be taking pictures and talking to a few of you. This is our chance to show our pride by sporting our CrossFit The Point apparel. Everyone come ready to prove what a great CrossFit Community is all about! See you all here tomorrow!
