WOD
2-4-6-8 KB ladder. Double KB clean and jerk/double KB rack lunges.
Partner up if possible.
Partner #1
2-KB DKB clean&jerk
2-DKB rack lunges
Still in rack position, walk back to starting spot.
Partner #2 rest
Then switch
Partner #2
2-KB DKB clean&jerk
2-DKB rack lunges
Still in rack position, walk back to starting spot.
Partner #1 rest
Move up ladder. Complete as many rounds as possible.
A round is completing the entire ladder, but every rep counts.
*The kicker!…if “working” partner drops KBs during complex, a 2 burpee penalty is enforced only to resting partner…so don’t drop the KBs!
