25 Minute AMRAP
Ground to Overhead for weight. You choose the weight. The goal is to lift as many pounds as you can in the 25 minutes. (Ex. If I choose 100# and lift that 150 times in the 25 minutes I would get a score of 15,000#)
Every Odd minute complete 3 burpees then continue on your ground to overhead.
Every Even minute complete 10 Double unders and then continue on your ground to overhead.
The scoring will be total weight lifted in the 25 minutes on the following scale.
Advanced 15,000 pounds+
Intermediate 12,000-15,000 pounds
Beginner Under 12,000 pounds
