*4th of July Week Schedule is as follows. Wednesday Dave will be at the gym all day long. Hours will stay the same but the gym will be open for open gym from 11:30 AM until 4:30 PM between classes. If you want to come in and work on anything specific or just want to come do your own WOD, you are welcome to it.

Thursday we will be having three classes at 6, 7, and 8 AM. Friday we will have a classes at 8 and 9 AM and 6 PM.*
