SWOD – Back Squats Week One

-Come prepared to do the following. Take 90% of your 1-rep max from last week and then the following percentages off that. Time to do some math! 😉

This is just an example of someone with a 205# back squat max.

Working Max is 90% of 1-rep max- 184.5
5 reps x 65% 119.925
5 reps x 75% 138.375
5 reps x 85% 156.825
