Partner (1) completes 3 Wall Balls

Partner (2) completes 3 Ground-2-Overhead @115/85

Then switch, Partner (1) completes 3 Wall Balls Partner (2) completes 3 Ground-2-Overhead @115/85

Then move on, Partner (1) completes 6 Wall Balls Partner (2) completes 6 Ground-2-Overhead @115/85

Then switch,

Partner (1) completes 6 Wall Balls Partner (2) completes 6 Ground-2-Overhead @115/85 each partnership will move up the ladder increasing the reps by 3 each time.

partner may NOT switch until all reps are completed by initial partner..

*The Kicker!* Starting at your 18 reps round in the ladder weight deceases on the barbell to 95/65 for the remainder of your timeā€¦

30 minute time cap.
