Since we are doing maxes all week all final Lurong Living Paleo Challenge WODs will be done next week. If you are not going to be able to make it in to do them next week please get them done this week. Inform your trainer when you first come into the gym if you plan on doing any of the three WODs during this week. If not we will get them all done next week together.
