Athlete 1 will help Athlete 2 get the bar up and then proceed to hold a plate overhead while Athlete 2 completes his/her wipers. Then switch

Then:

200 4-count Flutter kicks

Athlete 1 will run 200 M and the partners will switch until flutter kicks are complete.

Then:

150 Hand Release Pushups while partner hangs from
