Rowling with a twist

Row as close to 100 Meters as you can using only full pulls for 10 rounds

After each Row you must run 200 Meters and complete the following depending on the number you are off from 100.

# C2B Pullups

# Ring Dips

# Snatches 135/95

Example: I row a 97 meters so I must run 200 Meters and then complete 3 C2B Pullups, 3 Ring Dips, and 3 Snatches

or I row 104 meters so I must run 200 Meters and then complete 4 C2B Pullups, 4 Ring Dips, 4 Snatches

and then proceed onto the next round.

If y0u row 100 meters on the dot you only have to run 200 meters and return to your rower.
