10 Meter Bear Crawl

10 Meter Crab Walk

4 KB Pushups

4 KB SDHP

4 KB Swings

So on and so forth for the whole 20 Minutes

Move up 2 on the KB movements every round

The Bear Crawls and Crab Walks stay the same 10 meters every round.
