Rounds/Reps go unbroken. Partner 1 does first set of one DKB C&J, then partner 2 goes. Then Partner 1 does second set of two DKB C&Js unbroken, then Partner 2… and so on.

10 Air Squats

MOD = KB C&J/Viking Salute Or, KB C&J to rack position, then lunge @ bottom of rack lunge complete a KB press, then back to rack lunge, then lunge back to standing position.
