“Death By” Deadlifts and V-ups
Deadlift weight 165/115
If you are the first person done you will jump on a rower and row until the last person is finished. This will continue until there is all but one person still doing “Death By”. If you are the sixth person out you will do sled pushes till the end, 7th… So on and so forth.
