Skill WOD (30 Minutes)
We will be working on our jumping explosion. You can also use this time to work on a skill you would like to work on. Treat this time like open gym time for you.
In front of a clock set for 15 minutes:
1 minute of Squats
2 minutes of Double-unders
3 minutes of Push-ups
4 minutes of box overs
5 minutes of Muscle ups or Pull-ups
Score will be each your score on each exercise and your total number of reps.
