SWOD – Open Skill/Strength WOD Thursday

Take the first 25 minutes or so to work on something of your choosing. Snatches will be the main focus but you are welcome to work on anything you like during this time.

4 – 5 Minute AMRAPS

AMRAP 1
10 Pullups
10 Double Unders

AMRAP 2
10 Snatches 95/65
10 Calorie Row

AMRAP 3
10 Wall Balls 20/14
10 Jumping Lunges

AMRAP 4
10 Meter Bear Crawl
10 Burpees

Score will be total completed rounds from all 4 AMRAPs. There will be a 1 minute transition time between each AMRAP.
