33 min on the clock.
Every 3 minutes you will preform 33 reps of the movement prescribed for that 3 minutes. If and once the 33 reps are complete you will do as many S2O (shoulder to overhead) as possible with the remainder of the 3 minutes. RX for the S2O will be (135/95). If during the 3 minutes the 33 reps are not complete you will simply not have any time for S2O, and will move on to the next movement.

Score is the total S2O.
