So jealous of these kid’s getting to know CrossFit at such a young age. Don’t forget to get your kids signed up for our Kid’s class! It’s so fun to watch Coach LaDee and Coach Jaimee and Coach Michelle play with these kids. They love every minute!

CrossFit Kid’s Schedule reminder:

Monday and Wednesday at 4 PM for 3-6 year olds

Tuesday and Thursday at 4 PM for 6-12 year olds

Saturday @ 11 for 3-6 year olds and

Saturday @ 11:30 for 6-12 year olds

Classes are 30 minutes long.

Teen classes are Monday through Thursday at 6:30 PM
