I was at the box tonight and I want to just say how lucky we are to have the trainers that we have. We had a team meeting lead by LaDee which was so informative and then when we dispersed I saw our trainers in action answering our members questions and coaching them on all the different movements. We are blessed to have such an amazing training team. Thank you Team CFTP!
