Then do 2 Goblet Squats

When you complete 2 Goblet Squats go back to the beginning.

2nd round you complete 4 goblet squats and so on up the ladder.

2-4-6-8-10-12… Until the end of 10 minutes

THEN

Rest 5 Minutes

10 Minutes to complete

400 Meter Run

40 1 arm KB swings

200 Meter Run

30 1 arm KB cleans

50 Meter Run

20 KB Presses (Shoulder to Overhead)

Rx = 53/35

Comp = 70/53
