For time, each athlete completes:
50 calorie row
50 Kettlebell Swings 55/35
50 wall-ball shots 20/14
50 box jump overs 24/20
800m Run with a band
The first athlete will start on the row and may not move on until they have rowed 50 calories. Once the first athlete moves on to the sit-ups, the second athlete may enter and begin rowing. Athletes may not move on to the next station until they have completed the reps and the athlete ahead of them has completed their reps and moves on, except on the box jump overs, where both athletes may be jumping at once. Both athletes will run an 800m run together while holding the same band.
