September Strength WODs released

The purpose of this post is to show you what we have planned for you over the next month on our Strength portions of each day. In doing this we hope this gives you a clear picture of what our goals are and to let you prepare yourself as an athlete for planned max days. WODs will still be announced the day before the WOD is to be performed.
