Back Squats – 3 sets of 8 @ 60%
Roll-Ins – 3 sets of 8
Snatch Balance – 3 sets of 5

Scarecrow Snatches – 3 sets of 5
Tall Snatches – 3 sets of 5
Hip Snatches – 10 minutes
Power Snatch + Hang Snatch + Snatch – to max
