Partner WOD

Both partners will lift the weight. The weight will increase by 10.

The bar will start at 75/45. The score will be the combined weight of the partners.

If one partner can complete the lift but the other one can’t then the other partner can add to the poundage through KB swings 53/35.

Each swing will add .25# to the final score.

Clean and Jerk Ladder

1 Rope Climb must be completed before going to next weight.
