SWOD

Today’s workout will be treated like an open gym. The WOD is below but you can come to any of the times (just as always) to work on anything you would like. We will have a trainer there to help you on whatever you have been stuck on. i.e. Muscle ups, Handstand Pushups, Pullups (Any variation). etc. We will also be there to help coach you through some mobility and answer any questions. Take advantage of this time. Skill work, mobility, and running are all things that will make a you a better athlete!
