Partner 1- 500 Meter Row
Partner 2- Static hold at top of deadlift 225/155

Then:

50-40-30-20-10
Partner 1 works while partner 2 holds (static)
Pullups (Static = Hanging on bar)
Pushups (Static = Plank position)
Air Squats (Static = Wall Sits)
