– 50 Box Jumps @ 24″ / 18″
– 50 Jumping Pull-ups
– 50 Kettlebell Swings @ 1 pood (35 lbs)
– 50 Walking Lunges
– 50 Knees-to-Elbows
– 50 Push Press @ 45 lbs
– 50 Back Extensions
– 50 Wall Ball shots @ 20 lbs / 14 lbs
– 50 Burpees
– 50 Double Unders

SPARTAN WOD
“Groundhog Day”
Repeat every three minutes; Rest with any remaining time.
10 Meter Bear Crawl
10 box jumps
10 Burpees
Do this for as long as you can continue to finish the reps in the given time frame.
Score is number of rounds completed.
If you have a hard time completing the reps scale down the reps so that your first round only takes 2 minutes maximum.
