– 12 Push-ups
– 15 Box-jumps @ 24″ / 20″

Masters (age 55 and over):

– 9 Deadlifts @ 145 lbs / 90 lbs ( M / W )
– 12 Push-ups
– 15 Box-jumps @ 20″ / 20″
