CFTP Version of Mountain Meltdown

I took three of the workouts our teams will see up at the Mountain Meltdown and created something so you all can have a similar experience… Enjoy! And then go up to Park City and hang out with our teams!

Partner 1 Runs 200 Meters

Partner 2: Completes the following. Switch when Partner 1 returns

CTB Pull Up
100 Meter KB Farmer Carry Walking Lunge

Then:

6 Rounds:

15 Ground to Overhead 115/75
15 back squat 155/105

Then:

20 burpee box jumps at each box height
