I thought the people were mean and judgmental but they are some of the nicest people i’ve ever met, and i feel the love yo i always get cheered on and people always encourage me to do RX and to push myself which i need sometimes
10. Give me a brief summary of your CrossFit journey thus far.

CrossFit has been a long journey for me. i started at age 12 and was doing a 15 pound bar and struggling to get full depth on my squat. After struggling and being constantly sore, i learned a lot of movements and slowly got my weights up. now i am RXing a lot more and pushing myself harder. it’s been a long journey, with multiple breaks when i was lazy or busy but i feel like in the past few months i have improved the most but i’m proud of myself 🙂
