Reps are as follows:
10/1,9/2,8/3,7/4,6/5,5/6,4/7,3/8,2/9,1/10.
Athlete will start with..
10-double DB rack squats 50/35
Then waiter walk with one KB down on right hand to the end of the mats and back to the wall. Then the athlete
1-KB clean & Jerk (set) 53/35
Then waiter walk with one KB on left hand to the end of the mats and back to the wall. athlete will complete…
9-double DB rack squats
Athlete will continue this until all reps are complete on each end, or until time expires.
*a one burpee penalty will be enforced on the spot if KB is dropped from top of waiter walk position during movement.
